sherbet

Intro: we made sherbet in science the see a reaction when you add a acid + a base. when it changes state
ingredients: raro, citric acid, tartric acid, icing sugar, baking soda and a snap lock bag.
Method: put between 1-2 teaspoons of raro, baking soda, citric acid or tartic acid or both
Results: it tasted like ass at first because there was to much baking soda my way of fixing this was to put 5 teaspoons of tartic acid and 20 teaspoons of icing sugar.
when i tasted once i did that it fized in my mouth when the sherbet came in contacted with water it reacted and made carbon dioxide but there is no reactions in powder state
